Chile Verde.
That is what Bj was making when I got home from work. Tomatillos, peppers, onions, herbs and spices, all hand-chopped and simmered with seared pork for a few hours. Mouth watering goodness.
But wait... He cooked yesterday too! Grilled chicken tacos... Oh...my...word.
