Yes, we have a dog. It is a German shorthair Lab mix. It moved in Tuesday, December 3 while I was at work.

He. I guess I can say "He" moved in. "He" is on a trial basis to see if he will be a good "search and rescue" dog. If he turns out to be trainable, he will be our family dog as well as an employee of West Valley City...until death do us part.

The original deal was the basement had to be finished before I would agree to a dog. Also, Bj would shave his mustache if he got a dog. And since we still are completely living upstairs and I still have to scratch my face after I get kissed, the original deal is apparently null and void. It could be because I'm an extreme pushover. It could be because I am manipulatable. I like to think its because it was meant to be. The stars aligned and the heavens poured a blessing upon us.
