Annual Calendar

Kellie had a great idea about a hundred years ago, to create a scrapbook calendar for mom and dad for Christmas.  It became a tradition that many look forward to.  I know I do.  I will admit getting the pictures from the siblings is what stresses me out the most, but this year, everyone had them in to me when I requested and I didn't have to harangue anyone!!  These are my contributions (I actually did one more, for Kellie, but forgot to take a picture of it before I handed it over)

Progress!

I am CAUGHT UP with my scrapbooking! YAY!!! Just in time for all the summer pictures!  Check out some of my faves from my recent scrap binge:

Farewell, Club Night

I have had an monthly Scrapbook Club at my house for the past 4 years.  Tonight was the last one.  I am a little relieved, but will miss it a lot.  I will miss the conversations, the creative think-tank, (the supplemental scrapbooking suppies) and mostly the consistent one night a month that I could plan on being with girlfriends.

I am going to have to find something to fill the void.

Not by any means an orignal crafter, but I can hold my own, and occasionally come up with a simple idea to claim as well.  Click HERE to see more of the items I am selling, as well as descriptions and pricing.  Enjoy!

Making Room!

I am making some room in my scrapbook closet. If anyone is interested in gently used stamp sets for CHEAP click HERE!

Scrapbook Night

Well, it's technically called, History Organization Night.

In my ward I am a Beehive Adviser. As such, I am working on earning a Young Womanhood Recognition Award by setting goals and completing tasks. One goal is to get my Family History up to date (in my world, that means scrapbooking), and encourage others to do the same. To help me accomplish this goal, I have reserved the church cultural hall and invited others to attend and get organized. I am excited for this event and hope I can get a lot done!

If anyone is interested in an intense organization night,
(scrapbooking, journaling, photo organization, geneology, etc)
Join me:

Friday the 13th of February at my church
(5424 W. Rosecrest Rd, Herriman)
8pm - 11:45pm
Bring a snack to share (if you want)
No Children Please
