So many people consider tacos an "easy" meal. Chopping onions browning with beef, simmering with seasoning, dicing tomatoes, shredding lettuce, grating cheese, experimenting with Spanish rice (yet to find a worthy recipe...) heating canned black beans, baking taco shells to a crisp... Deciding if another side is necessary...
That's "easy"?!
