I understand more and more every day the love a mother has for her children. I read in a book that said it so perfectly... Something like this:
Nobody would love us like our mothers. Yes, we would be loved by our fathers, friends, siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles and spouses-and our children- but never would we experience that kind of unconditional, nothing-you-can-do-will-turn-me-away-from-you kind of mother love.
So true.
Today is my moms birthday. I am so glad I am her daughter. She seriously amazes me.
