Good morning

Many people ask me why I make breakfast in the morning and don't just let the kids pull out cereal and milk.  I usually explain that we had some major drama with AJ starting in first grade and I experimented with diet modification and found that a protein rich, balanced breakfast made a HUGE difference in his day.  But one of my biggest motivating factors is this (picture).  It may just be a picture of the back of their sleepy heads, but they are together, chatting, listening, engaging, laughing, (ignoring the fridge clutter) and unmistakably loving each other.
This is why I do it.
Good Morning
