Mandarin-alicious

One of my all time favorite restaurants. Yes, all time, and Bj's too! Hence the decision for our date tonight!). The list "Fav-eats" list also includes (but doesn't limit) Cedars of Lebanon, Pace's Dairy Ann, Excalibur (the one that was in N. Salt Lake for a year... Not the joust show... Although fun, not a fav) P.F. Changs, McDonald's (mostly because of their $1 diet coke in a styrofoam cup) Olive Garden, Spaghetti Factory, and Morelia's. Oh, and Cafe Rio.
Mandarin is a rare treat. Being a Bountiful (city, not the adjective) location we don't get to frequent their bountiful (adjective, not city) menu as often as we'd like. Best lettuce wraps ever. Hands down. But lick your fingers before you put your hands down because you won't want to miss even the tiniest hint of flavor from the succulent, pine nut, chicken, water chestnut infusion of amazingness.
Oh, and the fortune makes sense if read with an accent.
Can't wait to come back!
